Shipping & Returns
Effective Date: January 19, 2026

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return it to us within 10 days after receiving your order. Returns MUST BE UNOPENED and be sent in the original packaging. We will not accept returns of items that have been opened or that fall outside this 10 day period and we ask that you ensure all items remain unused and are returned in their original package with tags attached. Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us to receive a Return Authorization code. This code is required for us to accept any returns/exchanges and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Returns will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit statement. Nutrifaye has the right to deny any refund that does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Nutrifaye is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Nutrifaye is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we may assist you.
