APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or forfeited session. Packages are non-refundable.
PACKAGES & EXPIRATION
Packages are valid for one (1) year from purchase date. Unused sessions may expire.
PAYMENTS
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
PRODUCTS
All product sales are final. We do not guarantee specific results.
